History and significance of the Santuario de Sant Salvador
The Santuario de Sant Salvador is one of the most iconic and historically important architectural complexes in the northeast of Mallorca. Over the centuries, the statue changed locations until it was permanently placed in the Santuario de Sant Salvador in the 15th century. For many believers, the Virgin remains a symbol of protection and hope.
